The patterns dataset is at version 2.0.1, revised . A change to a published finding is listed here with its reason; a change of level raises the minor version, any other change the patch version.

    UHC.com, finding f5: finding from (cut before publication) to medium. A fresh-profile Chrome capture at 1440 px on 27 October (job A-261027-981J) measured the header’s ‘Español’ link at 50.4 × 20 px on Shop for a plan with another target within 12 px of its centre, a WCAG 2.5.8 failure on a primary-task page. The cookie notice’s Close (15 × 15 px) had no target within 12 px and stays out.

    UHC.com, finding f7: finding from (cut before publication) to low. The same capture measured 7 of the 10 pages at 1446 px wide in a 1440 px viewport with no scrollbar gutter (clientWidth 1440), as on 25 October; Home, Shop and Medicare, the pages checked live on 26 October, are 1440 px.

Version 2.0.0, : In that version every finding in every analysis was levelled against one rubric.
